Title: VACUUM SUCTION APPARATUS FOR DISCHARGING WASTEWATER
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vacuum suction apparatus for discharging wastewater, the apparatus allowing a vacuum container unit to be horizontally coupled to a septic tank, thereby solving a large problem of restrictions on an installation place. The vacuum suction apparatus for discharging wastewater, according to the present invention, comprises: the vacuum container unit including a filtering vacuum container communicating with a waste pipe, a collecting vacuum container provided at the lower side of the filtering vacuum container, and a discharging vacuum container coming into close contact with a side surface of the filtering vacuum container; a valve unit including a cut-off valve allowing a lower end of the filtering vacuum container and an upper end of the collecting vacuum container to communicate with each other, a transfer pipe allowing the collecting vacuum container and the discharging vacuum container to communicate with each other, and an inlet valve provided at one end of the transfer pipe inside the discharging vacuum container; and a vacuum provision unit including a vacuum pump for forming the vacuum container unit in a negative pressure state of a first reference pressure or a second reference pressure such that the wastewater flowing into a waste pipe unit is vacuum-suctioned into the filtering vacuum container, a first electronic valve allowing the vacuum pump and the discharging vacuum container to communicate with each other, a second electronic valve allowing the vacuum pump and the filtering vacuum container to communicate with each other, a first vacuum pressure switch for opening the first electronic valve when pressure measured in real time in the filtering vacuum container is greater than or equal to the first reference pressure, and for operating the vacuum pump so as to cause a difference between the internal pressures of the collecting vacuum container and the discharging vacuum container such that the inlet valve is opened so as to allow the wastewater stored in the collecting vacuum container to be vacuum-suctioned into the discharging vacuum container, and a second vacuum pressure switch for opening the second electronic valve while closing the first electronic valve, when the pressure measured in real time in the filtering vacuum container is greater than or equal to the second reference pressure; and a control panel for controlling all the constituent elements.
