Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a pipe and a method for manufacturing same. A pipe body is manufactured by mixing three types of slag generated during a steelmaking process with one type of industrial by-product, and contains 45-55 wt% of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 10-15 wt% of iron oxide (Fe2O3), 10-15 wt% of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), 8-13 wt% of calcium oxide (CaO) and 10-15 wt% of magnesium oxide (MgO) as main components, and inevitably mixed impurities. A pipe exhibiting excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance may be manufactured through the steps of: preparing three types of slag generated during a steelmaking process, and one type of industrial by-product; measuring the slag and the by-product, and controlling the composition ratio thereof; mixing the slag and the by-product; melting the composition; thermally insulating the molten material; centrifugally casting the molten material into the form of a pipe; and annealing the molded article.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un tuyau et un procédé pour sa fabrication. Un corps de tuyau est fabriqué par le mélange de trois types de laitiers générés pendant un processus de réalisation d'acier avec un type de sous-produit industriel, lequel tuyau contient de 45 à 55 % en poids de dioxyde de silicium (SiO2), de 10 à 15 % en poids d'oxyde de fer (Fe2O3), de 10 à 15 % en poids d'oxyde d'aluminium (Al2O3), de 8 à 13 % en poids d'oxyde de calcium (CaO) et de 10 à 15 % en poids d'oxyde de magnésium (MgO) comme composants principaux, et des impuretés mélangées de façon inévitable. Un tuyau présentant une excellente résistance à l'usure et une excellente résistance à la corrosion peut être fabriqué par l'intermédiaire des étapes consistant : à préparer trois types de laitiers générés pendant un processus de réalisation d'acier, et un type de sous-produit industriel ; à mesurer le laitier et le sous-produit, et contrôler le rapport de composition de ces derniers ; à mélanger le laitier et le sous-produit ; à faire fondre la composition ; à isoler thermiquement le matériau fondu ; à couler par centrifugation le matériau fondu sous la forme d'un tuyau ; et à recuire l'article moulé.
(KO) 본 발명은 파이프 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 강의 생산 공정 중 발생하는 슬래그 3종과 산업 부산물 1종이 배합되어 제조되며, 파이프 몸체는 45 내지 55 중량%의 이산화규소(SiO2), 10 내지 15 중량%의 철 산화물(Fe2O3), 10 내지 15 중량%의 산화알루미늄(Al2O3), 8 내지 13 중량%의 칼슘 산화물(CaO) 및 10 내지 15 중량%의 마그네슘 산화물(MgO)의 주요 성분 및 기타 불가피하게 섞인 불순물을 함유하고, 강의 생산 공정 중 발생하는 슬래그 3종 및 산업 부산물 1종을 마련하는 과정과, 슬래그와 부산물을 측량하고 조성비를 제어하는 과정, 슬래그와 부산물을 배합하는 과정, 조성물을 용융하는 과정, 용융물을 보온하는 과정, 용융물을 파이프 형상으로 원심 주조하는 과정 및 성형물을 열처리하는 과정을 통해 내마모성 및 내식성이 우수한 파이프를 제조할 수 있다.
