Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a polyvinyl alcohol-based film that, when immersed in water, is able to reduce the elution amount of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and is unlikely to become curled; a method for producing said polyvinyl alcohol-based film; and a polarization film using said polyvinyl alcohol-based film. The polyvinyl alcohol-based film according to the present invention is characterized in that, when immersed in 50°C water for one minute, the elution amount of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin is not more than 900 ppm/m2, and the curl angle measured under condition (A) in the short side direction is not more than 135°. (A) A condition in which a test object, comprising a 10 cm (long side) × 5 cm (short side) rectangular test piece cut out in a given direction from the polyvinyl alcohol-based film and a weight having a mass of 5 g and being attached to the center of a first longitudinal end section of the test piece, is suspended while being supported at the center of a second longitudinal end section of the test piece, and is entirely immersed in 30°C water for 10 seconds.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un film à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique) qui, lorsqu'il est immergé dans l'eau, peut réduire la quantité d'élution d'une résine à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique) et qui n'est pas susceptible de s'enrouler; un procédé de production dudit film à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique); et un film de polarisation utilisant ledit film à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique). Le film à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique) selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'il est immergé dans de l'eau à 50°C pendant une minute, la quantité d'élution d'une résine à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique) n'est pas supérieure à 900 ppm/m2 et l'angle d'enroulement mesuré dans l'état (A) dans la direction du côté court n'est pas supérieur à 135°. (A) Un état dans lequel un objet de test, comprenant un morceau de test rectangulaire de 10 cm (côté long) × 5 cm (côté court) découpé dans une direction donnée du film à base de poly(alcool polyvinylique) et d'un poids d'une masse de 5 g et fixé au centre d'une première section d'extrémité longitudinale du morceau de test, est suspendu tout en étant supporté au centre d'une deuxième section d'extrémité longitudinale du morceau de test et est entièrement immergé dans de l'eau de 30°C pendant 10 secondes.
(JA) 水に浸漬した際、ポリビニルアルコール系樹脂の溶出量を低減することができるとともに、カールしにくいポリビニルアルコール系フィルム、およびそのポリビニルアルコール系フィルムの製造方法、ならびにそのポリビニルアルコール系フィルムを用いた偏光膜を提供する。本発明のポリビニルアルコール系フィルムは、50℃の水に1分間浸漬した際のポリビニルアルコール系樹脂の溶出量が、900ppm/m2以下であり、かつ下記Aの条件で測定した短辺方向のカール角度が、135°以下であることを特徴とする。 (A)上記ポリビニルアルコール系フィルムから任意の向きで切り出された長辺10cm×短辺5cmの長方形の試験片と、この試験片の長辺方向の第1端縁部の中央に取り付けられた質量5gの重石とを備えた試験体を、上記試験片の長辺方向の第2端縁部の中央で支持して吊るした状態で、上記試験体全体を30℃の水に10秒間浸漬する条件。
