Abstract:
(EN) This Sn-plated steel sheet comprises: a steel sheet; a Sn plating layer that is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet and that contains 0.1-15 g/m2 of metal Sn in mass%; and a coating layer that is formed on the surface of the Sn plating layer and that contains a zirconium oxide and a tin oxide. The content of the zirconium oxide within the coating layer is 0.2-50 mg/m2 in terms of the amount of metal Zr. The peak position of the binding energy of Sn3d5/2 according to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the tin oxide within the coating layer is greater than the peak position of the binding energy of the metal Sn by 1.6 eV or more.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une tôle d'acier plaquée de Sn qui comprend : une tôle d'acier ; une couche de placage de Sn qui est formée sur au moins une surface de la tôle d'acier et qui contient 0,1-15 g/m2 de Sn métallique en % en masse ; et une couche de revêtement qui est formée sur la surface de la couche de placage de Sn et qui contient un oxyde de zirconium et un oxyde d'étain. La teneur en oxyde de zirconium à l'intérieur de la couche de revêtement est de 0,2-50 mg/m2 en termes de quantité de Zr métallique. La position de pic de l'énergie de liaison de Sn3d5/2 selon la spectroscopie photoélectronique aux rayons X de l'oxyde d'étain à l'intérieur de la couche de revêtement est supérieure à la position de pic de l'énergie de liaison du Sn métallique de 1,6 eV ou plus.
(JA) 本開示のSnめっき鋼板は、鋼板と、鋼板の少なくとも片面に形成され、質量%で、金属Snを0.1g/m以上15g/m以下含有するSnめっき層と、前記Snめっき層の表面に形成され、ジルコニウム酸化物と酸化錫とを含有する皮膜層と、を有し、皮膜層中における前記ジルコニウム酸化物の含有量が、金属Zr量で0.2mg/m以上50mg/m以下であり、皮膜層中における前記酸化錫のX線光電子分光法によるSn3d5/2の結合エネルギーのピーク位置が、金属Snの結合エネルギーのピーク位置よりも1.6eV以上大きい。
