(EN)A coating agent, for preventing extracellular vesicles represented by exosomes from being adsorbed to a tool, has been developed. Extracellular vesicles can be prevented from being adsorbed to a tool by using a coating agent which contains a hydrophilic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-1,000,000 and which forms a coating film having a contact angle of 0-30 degrees.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un agent de revêtement, destiné à empêcher les vésicules extracellulaires représentées par les exosomes d’être adsorbées sur un outil. On peut empêcher que les vésicules extracellulaires soient adsorbées sur un outil à l'aide d'un agent de revêtement qui comporte un polymère hydrophile possédant un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 10 000 à 1 000 000 et qui forme un film de revêtement possédant un angle de contact de 0 à 30 degrés.
