Abstract:
(EN) This perforator has: an operating robot 20 for loading a perforating blade 28 and moving inside a main pipe; and a light detector 40 for detecting the contours of an opening part image 34 formed on an inner surface of a pipe lining material by illumination light. A two-dimensional image corresponding to the opening part image is generated and displayed on a display device on the basis of contour points P0 to P8 detected by the light detector 40 by scanning the opening image. The amount of positional deviation between the center of the two-dimensional image on the display device and the axial center C of a rotational shaft of the perforating blade 28 is calculated, the perforating blade is moved by the amount of positional deviation thereof in a direction in which the positional deviation will be eliminated, and the pipe lining material is perforated.
(FR) L’invention concerne un perforateur comprenant : un automate (20) destiné à charger une lame perforatrice (28) et à se déplacer à l'intérieur d'un tuyau principal (5) ; et un détecteur de lumière (40) pour détecter les contours d'une image de partie ouverture (34) formée sur une surface interne d'un matériau de revêtement de tuyau par une lumière d'éclairage. Une image bidimensionnelle correspondant à l'image de partie ouverture est générée et affichée sur un dispositif d'affichage sur la base de points de contour (P0) à (P8) détectés par le détecteur de lumière (40) par balayage de l'image d'ouverture. La quantité d’écart de position entre le centre de l'image bidimensionnelle sur le dispositif d'affichage et le centre axial (C) d'un arbre de rotation de la lame perforatrice (28) est calculée, la lame perforatrice est déplacée par la quantité d’écart de position de cette dernière dans une direction dans laquelle l’écart de position sera éliminé, et le matériau de revêtement de tuyau est perforé.
(JA) 穿孔装置は穿孔刃28を搭載し本管内を移動する作業ロボット20と、照明光により管ライニング材内面に形成される開口部像34の輪郭を検出する光検出器40を有する。開口部像が走査され光検出器40で検出された輪郭点P0~P8に基づいて開口部像に対応する2次元画像が生成され、表示器に表示される。表示器上での2次元画像の中心と穿孔刃28の回転軸の軸心Cの位置ずれ量が演算され、この位置ずれ量がなくなる方向に位置ずれ量分穿孔刃が移動されて管ライニング材が穿孔される。
