Abstract:
(EN) A heat transfer pipe (13) (a member formed from an aluminum alloy) comprises a base (21) that is formed from an aluminum alloy and a coating film (22) that is formed on the surface of the base (21). The coating film (22) comprises: an outer layer (26) which is formed from an aluminum alloy that contains from 1% by mass to 20% by mass (inclusive) of magnesium; and an inner layer (25) which is formed between the base (21) and the outer layer (26) and is formed from an aluminum alloy that contains from 1% by mass to 20% by mass (inclusive) of zinc. An LNG vaporizer according to the present invention is provided with this heat transfer pipe (13), a lower header pipe (14) (a member formed from an aluminum alloy) and a trough (12) (a member formed from an aluminum alloy).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un tube de transfert de chaleur (13) (un élément formé à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium), comprenant une base (21) qui est formée à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium et un film de revêtement (22) qui est formé sur la surface de la base (21). Le film de revêtement (22) comprend : une couche externe (26) qui est formée à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium qui contient de 1 % en masse à 20 % en masse (inclus) de magnésium ; et une couche interne (25) qui est formée entre la base (21) et la couche externe (26) et qui est formée à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium qui contient de 1 % en masse à 20 % en masse (inclus) de zinc. Un vaporisateur de GNL selon la présente invention est pourvu dudit tube de transfert de chaleur (13), d'un tube collecteur inférieur (14) (un élément formé à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium) et d'une goulotte (12) (un élément formé à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium).
(JA) 伝熱管(13)(アルミニウム合金製部材)は、アルミニウム合金からなる基材(21)と、基材(21)の表面に形成された被膜(22)と、を備えている。被膜(22)は、1質量%以上20質量%以下のマグネシウムを含有するアルミニウム合金からなる外層(26)と、基材(21)と外層(26)との間に形成され、1質量%以上20質量%以下の亜鉛を含有するアルミニウム合金からなる内層(25)と、を含んでいる。LNG気化器は、伝熱管(13)と、下部ヘッダー管(14)(アルミニウム合金製部材)と、トラフ(12)(アルミニウム合金製部材)と、を備えている。
