Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments herein provide a method for quantifying uncertainty in a system. The method includes obtaining a first data set and a second data set.. The method includes determining sub-attributes for each of the first set of attributes and the second set of attributes. The method includes assigning weight to each of the sub-attribute associated with each of the first set of attributes and the second set of attributes. The method includes computing a basic belief assignment (BBA) value for each of the first data set and the second date set based on the assigned weights to each of the sub-attribute. The method includes distributing weights of the sub-attribute associated with each of the first set of attributes and the second set of attributes into a representation based on the categorization. The method includes quantifying the uncertainty in the system based on a computed combined belief and a computed combined disbelief.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé de quantification de l'incertitude dans un système. Le procédé consiste à obtenir un premier ensemble de données et un second ensemble de données. Le procédé consiste à déterminer des sous-attributs pour chacun du premier ensemble d'attributs et du second ensemble d'attributs. Le procédé consiste à attribuer un poids à chaque sous-attribut associé à chacun du premier ensemble d'attributs et du second ensemble d'attributs. Le procédé consiste à calculer une valeur d'attribution de croyance de base (BBA) pour chacun du premier ensemble de données et du second ensemble de données sur la base des poids attribués à chaque sous-attribut. Le procédé consiste à distribuer des poids du sous-attribut associé à chacun du premier ensemble d'attributs et du second ensemble d'attributs dans une représentation basée sur la catégorisation. Le procédé consiste à quantifier l'incertitude dans le système sur la base d'une croyance combinée calculée et d'une absence de croyance combinée calculée.
