Provided are a slide rail mechanism (100) and a refrigerator having same. The slide rail mechanism (100) is used for pulling-out or pushing-in a drawer in a refrigerator body. Each slide rail component (1) is provided with an upper rail (11), a middle rail (12), and a lower rail (13). The slide rail mechanism (100) also comprises a synchronization mechanism (2). The synchronization mechanism (2) comprises two auxiliary middle rail components (5), bogie elements (21) provided at the auxiliary middle rail components (5), tensioning elements (23), and retaining elements (22) provided at either slide rail components (1). Each auxiliary middle rail component (5) is arranged on a side of the corresponding slide rail component (1) away from the corresponding upper rail (11). The tensioning elements (23) run between the retaining elements (22) of either slide rail component (5) via the bogie elements (21), thus, when the upper rail (11a) or middle rail (12a) of a first slide rail component (1a) moves, the corresponding tensioning element (23) drives via the retaining element (22) the upper rail (11b) or middle rail (12b) of a second slide rail component (1b) to move in a same direction over a same distance. The auxiliary middle rail components (5) are provided additionally and the bogie elements (21) are provided on the auxiliary middle rail components (5); as such, normal operation of the bogie elements (21) is not affected by a change in the gaps between the upper rails (11) and the lower rails (13), thus ensuring the stability of the synchronization mechanism (2).

Le mécanisme de rail coulissant (100) est utilisé pour extraire ou pousser un tiroir dans un corps de réfrigérateur.
