Abstract:
A regulating method and device, and virtual reality glasses. The regulating method comprises: obtaining a reflected voltage value of a reflected signal of an optical signal with a preset voltage (S202); determining, according to the obtained reflected voltage value and a predetermined relation between the reflected voltage value and a regulating variable for regulating relative positions between objective lenses and a screen, the regulating variable corresponding to the obtained reflected voltage value and used for regulating the relative positions between the objective lenses and the screen (S204); and regulating the relative positions between the objective lenses and the screen according to the determined regulating variable (S205). By the method and device, the problems in the prior art of inconvenience in manual regulation of objective lenses of virtual reality glasses, and waste of time and energy are resolved, so that user experience is improved.
