Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an exhaust gas aftertreatment device (1) for an internal combustion engine comprising: - at least one exhaust gas supply (2), - an inner channel (3), - an outer channel (4) which encases the inner channel (3), - an injector (7) for introducing an additive, more particularly a reducing agent such as urea solution, into the exhaust gas stream. In order to increase the degree of mixing between exhaust and additive, to avoid an accumulation of the additive, and to increase design flexibility, the at least one exhaust gas supply (2) is discharged into the outer channel (4), and at least one cross-sectional regulating element (8) for throughflow regulation is arranged in the outer channel (4) between the opening of the exhaust gas supply (2) and the transition to the common channel section (5).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d'échappement (1) d’un moteur à combustion interne, qui comprend : - au moins une arrivée de gaz d'échappement (2), - un canal intérieur (3), - un canal extérieur (4), qui entoure le canal intérieur (3) à la manière d'une enveloppe, - un injecteur (7) destiné à introduire un additif, en particulier un agent de réduction tel qu’une solution d’urée, dans le flux de gaz d'échappement. Le but de l’invention est d'augmenter le taux de mélange entre les gaz d'échappement et l’additif, d'éviter une fixation de l’additif et d'augmenter la flexibilité de la structure. A cet effet, ladite au moins une arrivée de gaz d'échappement (2) débouche dans le canal extérieur (4), et au moins un élément (8) modifiant la section de passage afin de réguler le débit est disposé dans le canal extérieur (4) entre l’embouchure de l'arrivée de gaz d'échappement (2) et le passage vers la partie de canal (5) commune.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgasnachbehandlungs-Vorrichtung (1) für eine Brennkraftmaschine umfassend: - zumindest eine Abgaszufuhr (2), - einen inneren Kanal (3), - einen äußeren Kanal (4), der den inneren Kanal (3) mantelförmig umgibt, - einen Injektor (7) zum Einbringen eines Zusatzstoffes, insbesondere eines Reduktionsmittels wie Harnstofflösung, in den Abgasstrom, um den Vermischungsgrad zwischen Abgas und Zusatzstoff zu erhöhen, ein Anlagern des Zusatzstoffes zu vermeiden und die Flexibilität der Konstruktion zu erhöhen mündet die zumindest eine Abgaszufuhr (2) in den äußeren Kanal (4) ein und ist in dem äußeren Kanal (4) zwischen der Einmündung der Abgaszufuhr (2) und dem Übergang in den gemeinsamen Kanalabschnitt (5) zumindest ein querschnittsregulierendes Element (8) zur Durchflussregulierung angeordnet.
