Abstract:
(EN) Methods of nanomanufacturing based on continuous additive nanomanufacturing at fluid interfaces (CANFI). This approach is a fabrication technique that involves, for example, photocuring or "printing" self-assembled layers. CANFI presents a fabrication capability with significant transformative potential improve (i) the spatial resolution, (ii) the speed, and (iii) the range of material compositions that can be printed. Various articles of manufacture can be made using the methods.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de nanofabrication basés sur la nanofabrication additive continue au niveau d'interfaces fluidiques (CANFI). Cette approche est une technique de fabrication qui implique, par exemple, le photodurcissement ou "l'impression" de couches autoassemblées. La CANFI présente une aptitude à la fabrication présentant un potentiel de transformation significatif pour améliorer (i) la résolution spatiale, (ii) la vitesse et (iii) la gamme de compositions de matériau qui peuvent être imprimées. Divers objets manufacturés peuvent être fabriqués à l'aide des procédés.
