Abstract
(EN) The invented heart activity sensory system, commonly called a heart monitor, consists of at least two skin contact sensors which can be attached to or integrated with wearable devices or accessories such as headsets, glasses, goggles, hats, helmets, necklaces, pendulums, garments, or directly to a body. Each sensor has an electrical electrode to establish a contact with skin for the purpose of measuring skin voltage potential and heart activity using the electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) method. The sensors can communicate wirelessly with each other, calculate heart activity characteristics, record the characteristics in a memory, and inform the user visually, audibly, or with tactile means about the users heart activity. The sensors can also transmit these characteristics wirelessly to a host device such as a smartphone.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système sensoriel d'activité cardiaque, communément appelé moniteur cardiaque, constitué d'au moins deux capteurs de contact avec la peau qui peuvent être fixés ou intégrés à des dispositifs ou à des accessoires portables tels que des casques d'écoute, des lunettes, des lunettes de protection, des chapeaux, des casques, des colliers, des pendentifs, des vêtements ou directement sur un corps. Chaque capteur possède une électrode électrique qui permet d'établir un contact avec la peau dans le but de mesurer le potentiel de tension de la peau et l'activité cardiaque à l'aide du procédé d'électrocardiogramme (ECG ou EKG). Les capteurs peuvent communiquer sans fil les uns avec les autres, calculer des caractéristiques d'activité cardiaque, enregistrer les caractéristiques dans une mémoire,et informer l'utilisateur de manière visuelle, audible ou tactile sur l'activité cardiaque de l'utilisateur. Les capteurs peuvent également transmettre ces caractéristiques sans fil à un dispositif hôte, tel qu'un téléphone intelligent.
