Abstract:
(EN) Methods may include using geometrical and mechanical properties to generate a model of one or more intervals of a wellbore; designing a fluid pumping schedule for a wellbore treatment fluid system; simulating flow of a fluid system containing solids using the model of the one or more intervals of the wellbore, wherein simulating comprises determining the flow rate distribution within the wellbore and modeling the settling and resuspension of the solids within the flow of the fluid system; and updating the fluid pumping schedule based on the output determined from the simulated flow of the fluid system. Methods may also include determining the critical velocity of the fluid system for various concentrations of one or more of solids and additives; and selecting the concentration of the one or more of solids and additives based on the critical velocities determined.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés qui peuvent comprendre l'utilisation de propriétés géométriques et mécaniques pour générer un modèle d'un ou plusieurs intervalles d'un puits de forage ; la conception d'un programme de pompage de fluide pour un système de fluide de traitement de puits de forage ; la simulation de l’écoulement d'un système de fluide contenant des solides au moyen du modèle des un ou plusieurs intervalles du puits de forage, la simulation comprenant la détermination de la distribution de débit à l'intérieur du puits de forage et la modélisation de la décantation et la remise en suspension des solides dans l'écoulement du système de fluide ; et la mise à jour du programme de pompage de fluide sur la base de la sortie déterminée à partir de l'écoulement simulé du système de fluide. Les procédés peuvent comprendre en outre la détermination de la vitesse critique du système de fluide pour différentes concentrations d'un ou plusieurs des solides et des additifs ; et la sélection de la concentration des un ou plusieurs solides et additifs sur la base des vitesses critiques déterminées.
