(EN) An HIV diagnostic method is provided. The method for diagnosing HIV according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for diagnosing HIV using an HIV diagnostic apparatus including a nanofilter, wherein the nanofilter includes an upper body (100) for enriching cells, the upper body (100) includes a plurality of filtration holes (120) passing through a substrate (110), any one of the plurality of filtration holes (120) is adjacent to the other filtration holes, and the center interval between the any one of the filtration holes and the adjacent other filtration holes is 23 μm to 27 μm. The HIV diagnostic method comprises the steps of: (a) causing the nanofilter to enrich leukocytes in the cells; (b) causing a light source unit (500) to irradiate light toward the entire area of the nanofilter; (c) causing a light sensing unit (600) to sense light passing through the nanofilter; (d) causing a display means (700) to output an image of the entire area of the nanofilter through the information obtained by the light sensing unit (600); and (e) causing an analyzing means (800) to analyze the image outputted to the display means (700), wherein the step (e) may include a step of allowing the analyzing means (800) to analyze the ratio information of CD4 positive T cell count to CD8 positive T cell count.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic du VIH. Le procédé de diagnostic du VIH selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est un procédé de diagnostic du VIH à l'aide d'un appareil de diagnostic du VIH comprenant un nanofiltre, le nanofiltre comprenant un corps supérieur (100) pour enrichir des cellules, le corps supérieur (100) comprenant une pluralité de trous de filtration (120) traversant un substrat (110), l'un quelconque de la pluralité de trous de filtration (120) étant adjacent aux autres trous de filtration, et l'intervalle central entre l'un quelconque des trous de filtration et les autres trous de filtration adjacents étant de 23 µm à 27 µm.
