The present invention relates to a manufacturing device for gradation powder cosmetics, capable of maximizing gradation effects by means of a simple configuration and process, and a manufacturing method using same. The manufacturing device is characterized by including a feeding hopper having a space divided by a plurality of partition walls such that powder raw materials having various colors are respectively fed into the divided spaces and then discharged downward, and a plurality of mixing hoppers installed to be vertically stacked below the feeding hopper to gradually mix the respectively dropped raw materials at mutually adjacent surfaces. Therefore, the powder raw materials having various colors are separately fed by means of the plurality of partition walls coupled to a feeding device, and the raw materials are gradually mixed in phases at mutually adjacent surfaces through a plurality of mixing devices that are installed to be vertically stacked, thereby maximizing the gradation effects. In addition, the present invention has a more economical effect in that manufacturing time can be minimized and product cost can be reduced, by manufacturing the gradation powder cosmetics by means of the simple configuration and process.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication pour produits cosmétiques en poudre à gradation, capable de maximiser les effets de gradation au moyen d'une configuration et d'un procédé simples, et un procédé de fabrication utilisant celui-ci. Le dispositif de fabrication est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une trémie d'alimentation comportant un espace divisé par une pluralité de parois de séparation de sorte que des matières premières en poudre ayant différentes couleurs soient respectivement introduites dans les espaces séparés puis déchargées vers le bas, et une pluralité de trémies de mélange installées de façon à être empilées verticalement au-dessous de la trémie d'alimentation pour mélanger progressivement les matières premières respectivement évacuées au niveau de surfaces mutuellement adjacentes. Par conséquent, les matières premières en poudre ayant différentes couleurs sont alimentées séparément au moyen de la pluralité de parois de séparation couplées à un dispositif d'alimentation, et les matières premières sont progressivement mélangées en phases sur des surfaces mutuellement adjacentes par l'intermédiaire d'une pluralité de dispositifs de mélange qui sont installés pour être empilés verticalement, de façon à maximisant les effets de gradation. En outre, la présente invention a un effet plus économique en ce que le temps de fabrication qui peut être réduit au minimum et le coût de produit peut être réduit, par fabrication des produits cosmétiques en poudre à gradation au moyen de la configuration et du procédé simples.

본 발명은 단순한 구성 및 공정에 의해 그라데이션 효과를 최대한 형성할 수 있는 그라데이션 파우더 화장품 제조장치 및 그를 이용한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 복수의 격벽에 의해 공간이 구분되어 다양한 색상의 분말 원료를 각각 투입하여 하방으로 배출하는 투입호퍼와, 상기 투입호퍼의 하측에 상하로 적층 설치되어 낙하한 각각의 원료가 서로 근접하는 면에서 차츰 혼합되도록 하는 복수의 혼합호퍼로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 투입장치에 결합된 복수의 격벽에 의해 다양한 색상의 분말 원료가 구분되어 투입되고, 상하로 적층 설치된 복수의 혼합장치를 통해 원료가 서로 근접하는 면에서 단계적으로 차츰 혼합됨으로써 그라데이션 효과를 최대한 형성할 수 있다. 또한, 단순한 구성 및 공정에 의해 그라데이션 파우더 화장품을 제조함으로써 제조시간을 최소화하고 제품의 단가를 절감할 수 있어 더욱 경제적인 효과가 있다.
