Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a forming apparatus of a metal mesh filter having a uniform pressure structure and a forming method of a metal mesh filter using the same and, more specifically, to a forming apparatus of a metal mesh filter having a uniform pressure structure and a forming method of a metal mesh filter using the same, wherein wires are woven so as to stack wire meshes, in which filter holes are formed, in multiple layers, and then, the wire meshes are sectionally fused to form a metal mesh filter in which a plurality of filter layers are formed in stacks. In particular, improving the pressure structure ensures uniform quality by pressurizing, under uniform pressure, the wire mesh which is pressurized and fused with self-resistance heat emission by an applied direct current.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de formage d'un filtre en treillis métallique ayant une structure de pression uniforme et un procédé de formage d'un filtre en treillis métallique l'utilisant, et, plus particulièrement, un appareil de formage d'un filtre en treillis métallique ayant une structure de pression uniforme et un procédé de formage d'un filtre en treillis métallique l'utilisant, où des fils sont tissés de façon à empiler des mailles de fils, dans lesquelles des trous de filtre sont formés, en plusieurs couches, puis les mailles de fil sont fusionnées par sections pour former un filtre en treillis métallique dans lequel une pluralité de couches de filtre sont formées en piles. En particulier, l'amélioration de la structure de pression garantit une qualité uniforme en mettant sous pression, sous une pression uniforme, le treillis métallique qui est mis sous pression et fusionné avec une émission de chaleur à auto-résistance par un courant continu appliqué.
(KO) 본 발명은 균등 가압구조를 갖는 금속 메쉬필터의 성형장치와 이를 이용한 금속 메쉬필터 성형방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 와이어를 직조하여 여과공들이 형성된 와이어 메쉬를 복층으로 적층한 다음 이들 와이어 메쉬를 국부적으로 융착시켜서, 복수의 여과층이 적층되게 형성된 금속 메쉬필터를 성형하는 것으로, 특히 가압구조를 개량하여 인가되는 직류전류에 의해 자체적으로 저항 발열하여 가압 융착되는 와이어 메쉬들이 균일한 압력으로 가압시켜 품질의 균일성이 확보되도록 한 균등 가압구조를 갖는 금속 메쉬필터의 성형장치와 이를 이용한 금속 메쉬필터 성형방법에 관한 것이다.
