(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le diagnostic de troubles respiratoires du sommeil, le dispositif comprenant : une unité de traitement d'image bidimensionnelle (100) pour traiter une image en coupe transversale d'une région oropharyngée, qui a été capturée par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de capture d'image (110) ; une unité de traitement d'image tridimensionnelle (300) pour former un modèle tridimensionnel d'un oropharynx à l'aide de l'image traitée par l'unité de traitement d'image bidimensionnelle (100) ; et une unité de traitement d'animation (400) pour animer un mouvement de l'oropharynx à l'aide d'une image tridimensionnelle de l'unité de traitement d'image tridimensionnelle (300).
