Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the first problem of providing a laminated glass interlayer that suppresses reduction in sunlight transmission through laminated glass and that can brighten an entire room by efficiently diffusing transmitted light, and of providing laminated glass that uses the laminated glass interlayer. The present invention further addresses the second problem of providing a production method for obtaining a laminated glass interlayer for which light transmissivity and light diffusivity are ensured, by recycling the trim and off-spec product from a laminated glass interlayer that uses a polyvinyl acetal resin layer and a thermoplastic elastomer layer. The present invention relates to a laminated glass interlayer having a layer A containing a polyvinyl acetal resin, wherein a thermoplastic elastomer is dispersed in the layer A and the laminated glass interlayer, when used in laminated glass, provides a haze of at least 10% and a total light transmittance of at least 80%.
(FR) La présente invention traite un premier problème consistant à fournir une couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté qui supprime la réduction de la transmission de lumière solaire à travers un verre feuilleté et qui peut éclaircir une pièce entière en diffusant efficacement la lumière transmise, et à fournir un verre feuilleté qui utilise la couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté. La présente invention traite en outre un second problème consistant à fournir un procédé de production pour obtenir une couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté pour laquelle la transmissivité de la lumière et la diffusivité de la lumière sont assurées, par recyclage de la garniture et du produit hors spécification à partir d'une couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté qui utilise une couche de résine d'acétal de polyvinyle et une couche d'élastomère thermoplastique. La présente invention concerne une couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté ayant une couche A contenant une résine d'acétal de polyvinyle, un élastomère thermoplastique étant dispersé dans la couche A. La couche intermédiaire de verre feuilleté, lorsqu'elle est utilisée dans du verre feuilleté, produit un trouble d'au moins 10 % et un facteur de transmission de la lumière totale d'au moins 80 %.
(JA) 本発明の第一の課題は、合わせガラスを透過する太陽光の減少を抑えると共に、透過した光を効率よく拡散させることで部屋全体を明るくできる合わせガラス用中間膜およびそれを用いた合わせガラスを提供することである。また、本発明の第二の課題は、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂層と熱可塑性エラストマー層とを用いた合わせガラス用中間膜のトリムやオフスペック品をリサイクルして、透光性と散光性が担保された合わせガラス用中間膜を得るための製造方法を提供することである。本発明は、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂を含有するA層を有する合わせガラス用中間膜であって、A層に、熱可塑性エラストマーが分散しており、合わせガラスとした場合に、ヘイズが10%以上となり、全光線透過率が80%以上となる、合わせガラス用中間膜に関する。
