Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a seamless steel pipe which has excellent SSC resistance, while being suppressed in strength variation in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction. A seamless steel pipe according to one embodiment of the present invention contains, in mass%, 0.21-0.35% of C, 0.10-0.50% of Si, 0.05-1.00% of Mn, 0.025% or less of P, 0.010% or less of S, 0.005-0.100% of Al, 0.010% or less of N, 0.05-1.50% of Cr, 0.10-1.50% of Mo, 0.010-0.050% of Nb, 0.0003-0.0050% of B and 0.002-0.050% of Ti, with the balance made up of Fe and impurities. With respect to the main body region of this seamless steel pipe, the crystal grain size number of prior austenite crystal grains in accordance with ASTM E112 is 7.0 or more; the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the crystal grain size number is 1.0 or less; the yield strength is 655 MPa or more but less than 862 MPa; and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the tensile strength is 27.6 MPa or less.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un tube d'acier sans soudure qui présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion fissurante provoquée par l'hydrogène sulfuré (SSC) tout en étant exempt de variations de résistance dans la direction circonférentielle et dans la direction axiale. Un tube d'acier sans soudure selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention contient, en % en masse : 0,21 à 0,35 % de C, 0,10 à 0,50 % de Si, 0,05 à 1,00 % de Mn, 0,025 % ou moins de P, 0,010 % ou moins de S, 0,005 à 0,100 % d'Al, 0,010 % ou moins de N, 0,05 à 1,50 % de Cr, 0,10 à 1,50 % de Mo, 0,010 à 0,050 % de Nb, 0,0003 à 0,0050 % de B et 0,002 à 0,050 % de Ti, le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés. En ce qui concerne la région du corps principal dudit tube d'acier sans soudure, la valeur de la taille du grain cristallin de l'austénite préalable selon la norme ASTM E112 est supérieure ou égal à 7,0 ; la différence entre la valeur maximale et la valeur minimale de la taille du grain cristallin est inférieure ou égale à 1,0 ; la limite d'élasticité est supérieure ou égale à 655 MPa mais inférieure à 862 MPa ; et la différence entre la valeur maximale et la valeur minimale de la résistance à la traction est inférieure ou égale à 27,6 MPa.
