Abstract:
(EN) In the first aspect of the present invention, aluminum oxide is produced using an aluminum-oxide-forming agent containing: a partially hydrolyzed aluminum alkyl compound (obtained by hydrolyzing, in water having a molar ratio of 0.5–1.4, the aluminum in the aluminum alkyl compound) comprising an aluminum trialkyl or a mixture thereof; and a solvent (non-polar solvent or mixture of non-polar solvents). It is thus possible to produce an aluminum oxide thin film or aluminum oxide particles on or in a substrate that is not resistant to polar solvents. The second aspect of the present invention is a method of producing a polyolefin-based polymer nanocomposite containing zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles using a solution containing a partially hydrolyzed zinc alkyl or a solution containing a partially hydrolyzed aluminum alkyl. The polyolefin-based polymer nanocomposite contains a polyolefin substrate and zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles, and does not contain a dispersant. The zinc oxide particles or aluminum oxide particles have an average particle size of less than 100 nm.
(FR) Selon un premier aspect de l’invention, un oxyde d’aluminium est fabriqué à l’aide d’un agent de formation d’oxyde d’aluminium qui comprend un hydrolysat partiel d’un composé alkylaluminium constitué de trialkylaluminiums ou de leur mélange (produit d’hydrolyse à l’eau de rapport molaire compris dans une plage de 0,5 à 1,4 pour l’aluminium contenu dans le composé alkylaluminium), et un solvant (solvant polaire, ou mélange à base de solvant non polaire). Plus précisément, il est possible de fabriquer un film mince d’oxyde d’aluminium et des particules d’oxyde d’aluminium sur un matériau de base ou dans un matériau de base ne présentant pas de résistance à un solvant polaire. Selon un second aspect, l’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanocomposite de polymère à base de polyoléfine comprenant des particules d’oxyde de zinc ou des particules d’oxyde d’aluminium, qui met en œuvre une solution comprenant un hydrolysat partiel alkyle zinc, ou une solution comprenant un hydrolysat partiel alkylaluminium. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un nanocomposite de polymère à base de polyoléfine qui contient un matériau de base de polyoléfine et des particules d’oxyde de zinc ou des particules d’oxyde d’aluminium, qui ne comprend pas d’agent de dispersion, et dont les particules d’oxyde de zinc ou les particules d’oxyde d’aluminium présentent un diamètre particulaire moyen inférieur à 100nm.
