Abstract:
This ultrasonic transducer module is configured to comprise: a plurality of piezoelectric elements which are arranged to have the same longitudinal direction; electrodes which are formed on the surfaces of the piezoelectric elements; and a substrate which has a plurality of wiring materials that extend from at least one surface thereof and are respectively connected to the electrodes of the plurality of piezoelectric elements. Consequently, the arrangement density of the piezoelectric elements is able to be increased, while ensuring the bonding strength between the piezoelectric elements and wiring lines.
