Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a space-saving high-torque electric linear motion actuator having a simple structure and reduced costs. This electric linear actuator (1) comprises: an electric motor (2); a linear-motion mechanism (3) which converts the rotary motion of the electric motor (2) into the linear motion of a linear-motion unit through a rotary input-output shaft (5); and a housing (4) which holds the linear-motion mechanism (3). The electric motor (2) comprises a stator (7) and a rotor (8) which are arranged such that the direction of the magnetic pole generating the interlinkage magnetic flux contributing to torque is parallel to the rotary shaft of the electric motor (2). The stator (7) is disposed by being coupled to the axial end surface of the housing (4). The rotor (8) is disposed in axially spaced relation to the torque generation surface of the stator (7), and is fixed to the rotary input-output shaft (5) of the linear-motion mechanism (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne un actionneur à mouvement linéaire électrique à couple élevé et à économie d'espace, lequel actionneur a une structure simple et des coûts réduits. Ledit actionneur linéaire électrique (1) comprend : un moteur électrique (2) ; un mécanisme à mouvement linéaire (3) qui convertit le mouvement rotatif du moteur électrique (2) en le mouvement linéaire d'une unité à mouvement linéaire par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre d'entrée-sortie rotatif (5) ; et un boîtier (4) qui supporte le mécanisme à mouvement linéaire (3). Le moteur électrique (2) comprend un stator (7) et un rotor (8) qui sont agencés de telle sorte que la direction du pôle magnétique générant le flux magnétique entre liaisons contribuant au couple est parallèle à l'arbre rotatif du moteur électrique (2). Le stator (7) est disposé en étant couplé à la surface d'extrémité axiale du boîtier (4). Le rotor (8) est disposé selon une relation axialement espacée par rapport à la surface de génération de couple du stator (7), et est fixé à l'arbre d'entrée-sortie rotatif (5) du mécanisme à mouvement linéaire (3).
(JA) 省スペース化および高トルク化を図ると共に、構造を簡素化してコスト低減を図ることができる電動式直動アクチュエータを提供する。この電動式直動アクチュエータ(1)は、電動モータ(2)と、電動モータ(2)の回転運動を回転入出力軸(5)を介して直動部の直進運動に変換する直動機構(3)と、直動機構(3)を保持するハウジング(4)とを備える。電動モータ(2)は、トルクに寄与する鎖交磁束を発生する磁極の向きが、電動モータ(2)における回転軸と平行に配置された固定子(7)および回転子(8)を備える。ハウジング(4)の軸方向端面に、固定子(7)が連結して配置されている。固定子(7)におけるトルク発生面に対し軸方向に間隔を隔てて回転子(8)が配置され、回転子(8)が直動機構(3)の回転入出力軸(5)に固定されている。
