Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a carbonaceous material having a high capacitance and used in an electric double layer capacitor capable of maintaining a high capacitance and a high energy density over a long period of time; and a method for manufacturing the same. Provided is a carbonaceous material having a BET specific surface area of 1,200 m2/g-1,800 m2/g, an R value in a Raman spectrum of 1.2 or more, and a G band half value width of 70 cm-1or more.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir : un matériau carboné ayant une capacité élevée et étant utilisé dans un condensateur électrique à double couche capable de maintenir une capacité élevée et une densité d'énergie élevée sur une longue période de temps ; et un procédé de fabrication associé. L'invention concerne un matériau carboné ayant une surface spécifique BET de 1200 m2/g à 1800 m2/g, une valeur R dans un spectre Raman de 1,2 ou plus, et une largeur de demi-valeur de bande G de 70 cm-1 ou plus.
(JA) 本発明は、高い静電容量を有し、さらに長期に亘って高い静電容量およびエネルギー密度を維持することができる電気二重層キャパシタに用いる炭素質材料およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 BET法による比表面積が1,200m/g~1,800m/gであり、ラマンスペクトルによるR値が1.2以上であり、Gバンド半値幅が70cm-1以上である炭素質材料。
