Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a highly flexible heater wire having high flexibility, and a planar heating body using the same. [Solution] The problem above is solved by a configuration having: a core material (1) comprising a fiber bundle or a fiber thread; a heating portion (2) provided on the outer periphery of the core material (1) by twisting together a plurality of heating wires (3) at a pitch of between 4 mm and 12 mm inclusive; and an insulating cover layer (5) provided on the outer periphery of the heating portion (2). Preferably in the configuration, each of the heating wires (3) comprises a heating strand (3a) and an insulating film (3b) provided on the outer periphery of the heating strand (3a), the diameter of the heating strand (3a) is within a range of 0.02 mm to 0.2 mm inclusive, and the number of heating wires (3) is within a range of 14 to 200 inclusive. The planar heating body is configured by arranging such a highly flexible heater wire (10) on a base material.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de fournir une résistance chauffante très souple dont la flexibilité est élevée, et un corps chauffant plan utilisant une telle résistance. Pour atteindre ce but, l'invention porte sur une configuration qui présente : un matériau d'âme (1) comprenant un faisceau de fibres ou un fil de fibre; une partie chauffante (2) disposée sur la périphérie externe du matériau d'âme (1) par torsion d'une pluralité de filaments chauffants les uns avec les autres (3) à un pas compris entre 4 mm et 12 mm inclus; une couche de couverture isolante (5) disposée sur la périphérie externe de la partie chauffante (2). De préférence, dans la configuration, chaque filament chauffant (3) comprend un brin chauffant (3a) et un film isolant (3b) disposé sur la périphérie externe du brin chauffant (3a), le diamètre du brin chauffant (3a) se situant dans la plage de 0,02 mm à 0,2 mm inclus, et le nombre de filaments chauffants (3) étant compris entre 14 et 200 inclus. Le corps chauffant plan est configuré par disposition de ladite résistance chauffante très souple (10) sur un matériau de base.
(JA) 【課題】高い屈曲性を示す高屈曲ヒータ線及びそれを用いた面状発熱体を提供する。 【解決手段】繊維束又は繊維糸からなる芯材(1)と、芯材(1)の外周に複数本の発熱線(3)を4mm以上12mm以下のピッチで撚り合わせて設けられた発熱部(2)と、発熱部(2)の外周に設けられた絶縁被覆層(5)とを有しているように構成して上記課題を解決する。発熱線(3)は、発熱素線(3a)と、発熱素線(3a)の外周に設けられた絶縁皮膜(3b)とからなり、発熱素線(3a)の直径が0.02mm以上0.2mm以下の範囲内であり、発熱線(3)の本数が14本以上200本以下の範囲内であるように構成することが好ましい。面状発熱体は、こうした高屈曲ヒータ線(10)を基材に配設して構成する。
