Abstract:
The present invention is a diagnosis component characterized by perceiving a service life point of an air conditioner outdoor unit and a remaining service life at the time of diagnosis, a method for manufacturing the diagnosis component, and a diagnosis method. In the present invention, a portion of an aluminum flat tube provided with a zinc sacrificial layer for an air conditioner is cut to expose an aluminum core, and an aluminum material provided with a zinc sacrificial layer in which a zinc sacrificial material and the aluminum core are combined is used. The time that a predetermined region of a cut-surface core material leaves a range protected from corrosion by the zinc sacrificial layer is designated as a service life point. The remaining service life until the service life point is diagnosed from a time dependency database of zinc sacrificial layer corrosion depths. The zinc sacrificial layer corrosion depth is measured using the cut surface as a reference surface and using the height from the reference surface as a residual part of the zinc sacrificial layer.
