(EN)The invention relates to a process for coating a substrate made of an AA3000 or AA5000 aluminum alloy, said process involving the steps of: a) applying, by (co)extrusion, an adhesive layer made of polypropylene modified by maleic anhydride onto each of the faces of the substrate, and a surface layer made of polypropylene containing at least one flow enhancer, in order for a metalloplastic strip to be formed; b) calendering the metalloplastic strip; c) thermally treating the metalloplastic strip; d) cooling the metalloplastic strip so as to obtain a metallurgical state of H48 and a minimum coefficient of friction of 0.06. Said process is particularly suitable for manufacturing food packaging, in particular beverage can lids.
(FR)L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'enduction d'un substrat en alliage d'aluminium des séries AA3000 ou AA5000 comprenant les étapes de: a)enduction par (co-)extrusion, d'une couche d'adhésion en polypropylène modifié par de l'anhydride maléique sur chacune des faces dudit substrat et d'une couche de surface en polypropylène comprenant au moins un agent de glissement, afin de former une bande métalloplastique; b)calandrage de ladite bande métalloplastique; c)traitement thermique de ladite bande métalloplastique; d)refroidissement de la bande métalloplastique, afin d'obtenir un état métallurgique H48 et un coefficient de frottement de 0,06ou moins. Le procédé étant particulièrement adapté pour la fabrication d'emballage alimentaire et notamment de couvercle de boîte-boisson.
