Abstract:
(EN) A resistive soldering method, comprising: providing glass (20) and an antenna component (10) including a base structure (11) and a cylindrical structure (12) having a hole (13) on a front surface of the base structure (11); forming solder (30) on a surface (201) to be soldered of the glass (20) or a surface (201) to be soldered of the base structure (11); resistive soldering the surface (201) to be soldered of the glass (20) and the base structure (11) to melt the solder (30), wherein during the resistive soldering process, first and second electrodes (41, 42) are used to apply pressure and heating current to edge portion on the front surface of the base structure (11), and a support cylinder (43) is inserted into the hole and applies to the antenna component (10) a pressure for attaching the antenna component (10) to the glass (20). An assembly of antenna component (10) and glass (20), and a resistive soldering system are disclosed. Hot spot and crack of antenna component are avoided, and the assembly possesses good performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de brasage résistif comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir du verre (20) et un composant d'antenne (10) comprenant une structure de base (11) et une structure cylindrique (12) présentant un trou (13) sur une surface avant de la structure de base (11); former une brasure (30) sur une surface (201) à braser du verre (20) ou une surface (201) à braser de la structure de base (11); braser par résistance la surface (201) à braser du verre (20) et la structure de base (11) pour faire fondre la brasure (30), pendant le procédé de brasage résistif, des première et seconde électrodes (41,42) étant utilisées pour appliquer une pression et un courant de chauffage à une partie bord sur la surface avant de la structure de base (11), et un cylindre de support (43) est inséré dans le trou et applique au composant d'antenne (10) une pression pour fixer le composant d'antenne (10) au verre (20). La présente invention concerne un ensemble composant d'antenne (10) et verre (20), et un système de brasage résistif. Le point chaud et la fissure du composant d'antenne sont évités, et l'ensemble possède de bonnes performances.
