Abstract:
An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a touch display apparatus are provided. The array substrate comprises: a common electrode layer, comprising multiple self-capacitance electrodes (10) arranged in an array; a drive circuit (20); and multiple pixel units arranged in an array. N self-capacitance electrodes (10) in a same column form an electrode column (100), each electrode column (100) corresponds to M columns of pixel units, and N self-capacitance electrodes (10) in a same column are connected to the drive circuit by N touch leads (11) disposed in pixel units in different columns, wherein M and N are positive integers, and M > N ≥ 1. Dummy leads (12) are disposed in M - N columns of pixel units without touch leads (11) among the M columns of pixel units. The dummy leads (12) are connected to the drive circuit, and the drive circuit is used to input a common voltage signal to the dummy leads (12) and the touch leads (11). The array substrate alleviates or even eliminates a phenomenon of a display grayscale difference between pixel units provided with touch leads and pixel units not provided with touch leads when a same data voltage is used for control.
