Abstract:

(EN)Disclosed are an antibacterial dressing, and a preparation method and use thereof. The components of the antibacterial dressing comprise an organosilicone antibacterial agent, a buffer stabilizer and a solvent. The pH value of the components of the antibacterial dressing is 3.5-6.5. The preparation method for the antibacterial dressing comprises: adding a buffer stabilizer to an organosilicone quaternary ammonium salt compound solution to adjust the pH value to be 3.0-6.9; adding aminated silicon dioxide and using the buffer stabilizer to adjust the pH value to be 3.5-6.5; adding water to the solution to form a soak solution; adding a dressing core to the soak solution; and adjusting the pH value of the soak solution to be 3.5-6.5. The pH value can control the faintly acid environment of the dressing components so that the wound surface or wound attaching to the dressing maintains faint acidity, thereby achieving the effect of stably inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
(FR)L'invention concerne un pansement antibactérien, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. Les composants du pansement antibactérien comprennent un agent antibactérien organosiliconé, un stabilisateur tampon et un solvant. La valeur du pH des composants du pansement antibactérien varie de 3,5 à 6,5. Le procédé de préparation du pansement antibactérien comprend : l'addition d'un stabilisateur tampon à une solution d'un composé de sel d'ammonium quaternaire organosiliconé pour ajuster la valeur du pH sur 3,0 à 6,9 ; l'addition de dioxyde de silicium aminé et l'utilisation du stabilisateur tampon pour ajuster la valeur du pH sur 3,5 à 6,5 ; l'addition d'eau à la solution pour former une solution de trempage ; l'addition d'une partie centrale de pansement à la solution de trempage ; et l'ajustement de la valeur du pH de la solution de trempage sur 3,5 à 6,5. La valeur du pH peut permettre de réguler l'environnement faiblement acide des composants du pansement de façon telle à ce que la surface de la plaie ou la plaie en contact avec le pansement conserve une faible acidité, ce qui a pour effet d'inhiber de façon stable la prolifération des bactéries pathogènes.
