Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a file mechanism (1) for hole-punched documents, comprising an – in particular full-surface - base plate (2), two aligning pins (3) that are spaced apart from one another and are substantially vertically protruding from the base plate (2), and a two-legged fold-over bracket (4) that is spaced apart from the aligning pins (3) and is mounted such that the fold-over bracket can be pivoted to a limited extent about a horizontal axis, which is approximately parallel to the base plate (2), between an open position and a closed position, and having fold-over legs (5), which with the free ends thereof contact the free ends of the aligning pins (3) in pairs in the closed position. The fold-over legs (5) can be actuated by way of an operating lever (9), which is pivotably mounted to a mounting element (8) projecting from the base plate (2). At least one stiffening member (16) is provided, which connects the mounting element (8) to the base plate (2), and which, with at least one section, extends from the mounting element (8) to the base plate (2) in that area of the file mechanism, which relative to the aligning pins (3) is arranged on the other side of the mounting element (8). The section of the stiffening member (16), which, relative to the aligning pins (3), is arranged on the other side of the mounting element (8), is designed to be concave in such a way that a receiving space for documents, which are folded over along the fold-over legs (5), is formed above the stiffening member (16).
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme de classeur (1) pour un document écrit perforé. Le mécanisme comprend une plaque de base (2), en particulier entièrement plane, deux tiges d'alignement (3) espacées l'une de l'autre et faisant saillie sensiblement verticalement de la plaque de base (2) et un étrier basculant (4) à deux branches, espacé des tiges d'alignement (3). Ledit étrier basculant est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter de façon limitée autour d'un axe horizontal presque parallèle à la plaque de base (2) entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, et présente des branches basculantes (5), dont les extrémités libres, dans la position de fermeture, sont en contact par paires avec les extrémités libres des tiges d'alignement (3). Les branches basculantes (5) peuvent être actionnées au moyen d'un levier de commande (9) qui est monté pivotant sur un élément de support (8) faisant saillie de la plaque de base (2). Au moins un élément de renforcement (16) relie l'élément de support (8) à la plaque de base (2) et s'étend au moins, par une partie, de l'élément de support (8) à la plaque de base (2) dans la zone du mécanisme de classeur agencée sur l'autre face de l'élément de support (8) par rapport aux tiges d'alignement (3). La partie de l'élément de renforcement (16) agencée sur l'autre face de l'élément de support (8) par rapport aux tiges d'alignement (3) présente une conception concave, de telle sorte qu'un espace de réception pour le document écrit, lequel est basculé le long de la branche basculante (5), est formé au-dessus de l'élément de renforcement (16).
(DE) Ordnermechanik (1) für gelochtes Schriftgut, mit einer - insbesondere vollflächigen - Grundplatte (2), zwei voneinander beabstandeten, im Wesentlichen vertikal von der Grundplatte (2) überstehenden Aufreihstiften (3) und einem von den Aufreihstiften (3) beabstandeten, zweischenkeligen Umlegebügel (4), der um eine zur Grundplatte (2) annähernd parallele horizontale Achse zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schliessstellung begrenzt verschwenkbar gelagert ist und Umlegeschenkel (5) aufweist, die in der Schliessstellung mit ihren freien Enden paarweise die freien Enden der Aufreihstifte (3) kontaktieren, wobei die Umlegeschenkel (5) über einen Bedienhebel (9) betätigbar sind, der an einem von der Grundplatte (2) abstehenden Lagerelement (8) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und wobei zumindest ein Versteifungselement (16) vorgesehen ist, welches das Lagerelement (8) mit der Grundplatte (2) verbindet und zumindest mit einem Abschnitt in jenem Bereich der Ordnermechanik vom Lagerelement (8) zur Grundplatte (2) verläuft, welcher relativ zu den Aufreihstiften (3) an der anderen Seite des Lagerelements (8) angeordnet ist, wobei jener Abschnitt des Versteifungselements (16), welcher relativ zu den Aufreihstiften (3) an der anderen Seite des Lagerelements (8) angeordnet ist, so konkav ausgebildet ist, dass oberhalb des Versteifungselements (16) ein Aufnahmeraum für Schriftgut, welches entlang der Umlegeschenkel (5) umgelegt wird, ausgebildet ist.
