Abstract:
(EN) Methods of reducing paper dusting in a papermaking process, and a low dusting tissue having increased strength are provided. Application of a polymer comprising at least one amine-containing vinylic or allylic monomer to at least one surface of a paper web during the papermaking process reduces the dusting tendency of the paper, and increases both the wet and dry strength of the paper product.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de réduction de poussière de papier dans un procédé de fabrication de papier, et sur un mouchoir en papier à faible poussiérage ayant une résistance accrue. L'application d'un polymère comprenant au moins un monomère vinylique ou allylique aminé sur au moins une surface d'une bande de papier pendant le processus de fabrication de papier réduit la tendance au poussiérage du papier, et augmente à la fois la résistance à l'état humide et sec du produit en papier.
