(KO) 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법
(EN) Presented are: a thermal radiator capable of adjusting a radiant energy wavelength of the thermal radiator through a simple process and increasing radiation efficiency of a desired wavelength area; and a manufacturing method therefor. According to the present invention, the thermal radiator comprises: a thermal radiation unit for emitting internal energy as radiant energy; and a thermal radiation promotive layer located on an energy emission surface from which the radiant energy of the thermal radiation unit is emitted, and including a first photonic crystal layer, of a two-dimensional form, having a first refractive index, and a second photonic crystal layer, which has a form corresponding to the two-dimensional form and has a second refractive index different from the first refractive index.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un radiateur thermique permettant de régler une longueur d'onde d'énergie rayonnante du radiateur thermique par un processus simple et d'augmenter le rendement de rayonnement d'une zone de longueur d'onde souhaitée; et un procédé de fabrication associé. Selon la présente invention, le radiateur thermique comprend : une unité de rayonnement thermique destinée à émettre de l'énergie interne sous la forme d'énergie rayonnante; et une couche favorisant le rayonnement thermique située sur une surface d'émission d'énergie par laquelle l'énergie rayonnante de l'unité de rayonnement thermique est émise, et comprenant une première couche de cristal photonique, d'une forme bidimensionnelle, possédant un premier indice de réfraction, et une seconde couche de cristal photonique, qui présente une forme correspondant à la forme bidimensionnelle et possède un second indice de réfraction différent du premier indice de réfraction.
(KO) 간단한 공정으로 열방사체의 복사에너지 파장조절이 가능하고, 원하는 파장영역의 복사효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법이 제안된다. 본 발명에 따른 열방사체는 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부; 및 열방사부의 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층;을 포함한다.
