(EN)The present invention relates to a pillar-fixed flexible offshore photovoltaic power generation system comprising: a plurality of mooring-type fixed pillars fixed to an underground foundation and provided with elevating mechanisms, respectively, which move up/down according to the water level; main connecting ropes for connecting the elevating mechanisms of two adjacent mooring-type fixed pillars among the mooring-type fixed pillars; auxiliary connecting ropes for connecting the main connecting ropes in the longitudinal and transverse directions; a floating structure for support positioned in at least one unit area among quadrangular unit areas formed by the main connecting ropes and the auxiliary connecting ropes or formed by the auxiliary connecting ropes; a solar cell module installed on the floating structure for support; and unit connecting mechanisms for connecting the floating structure for support and the main connecting ropes and the auxiliary connecting ropes, which form the unit areas, thereby fixing the floating structure for support. According to the present invention, when high waves are generated, the solar cell modules move flexibly following the waves. In addition, the present invention not only makes it possible to install solar cell modules offshore on a large scale, but also simplifies the underwater structure.
