(EN)The present invention relates to: transparent α-SiAlON ceramics having co-doped erbium and holmium or co-doped erbium and thulium; and a preparation method therefor. The ceramics have an infrared transmittance of 80% or more at a wavelength of 3,000 nm when the thickness of a molded product having co-doped erbium and thulium is 0.2 mm, and the observed hardness and fracture toughness of sintered α-SiAlON ceramics are higher than those of the other commercial optically active polycrystalline transparent ceramics including YAG and Y2O3.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des céramiques transparentes en α-SiAlON présentant de l'erbium et de l'holmium co-dopés ou de l'erbium et du thulium co-dopés; et un procédé de préparation associé. Les céramiques présentent une transmittance infrarouge de 80 % ou plus à une longueur d'onde de 3.000 nm lorsque l'épaisseur d'un produit moulé présentant de l'erbium et du thulium co-dopés est de 0,2 mm et la dureté et la ténacité à la rupture observées des céramiques en α-SiAlON frittées sont supérieures à celles des autres céramiques transparentes polycristallines, optiquement actives, comprenant YAG et Y2O3.
(KO)본 발명은 어븀과 홀뮴 또는 어븀과 툴륨이 공동도핑된 투명한 알파사이알론 세라믹스 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 어븀과 툴륨이 공동도핑된 성형체의 두께가 0.2mm 일 때의 3000nm의 파장의 적외광 투과도가 80% 이상인 것이 특징이며, 소결된 알파사이알론 세라믹스의 관찰된 경도와 파괴인성은 YAG, Y2O3를 비롯한 다른 상업적인 광학적 활성 다결정질 투광성 세라믹스보다 높다.
