(EN) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a superhydrophobic metal material surface, the method comprising the steps of: forming a pattern protrusion so as to protrude from a metal material surface in a micrometer size; and oxidizing or reducing the surface of the pattern protrusion while heat-treating the metal material, on which the pattern protrusion is formed. According to the method for manufacturing a superhydrophobic metal material surface described above, a pattern protrusion is formed to protrude from the surface of a metal material in a micrometer size. When the metal material is heat-treated, the surface of the pattern protrusion is oxidized or reduced, and the material surface undergoes a characteristic change, reaches a stable condition, and obtains superhydrophobicity within a short period of time, advantageously facilitating the production and enabling mass production within a short period of time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une surface de matériau métallique super-hydrophobe, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : former un motif saillant pour qu'il fasse une saillie d'échelle micrométrique à partir d'une surface de matériau métallique; et oxyder ou réduire la surface du motif saillant tout en traitant thermiquement le matériau métallique, sur lequel est formé le motif saillant. Selon le procédé de fabrication d'une surface de matériau métallique super-hydrophobe décrit ci-dessus, on forme un motif saillant qui fait une saillie d'échelle micrométrique à partir de la surface du matériau métallique. Lorsque le matériau métallique subit le traitement thermique, la surface du motif saillant est oxydée ou réduite, et la surface du matériau subit un changement caractéristique, atteint un état stable et devient super-hydrophobe en un laps de temps réduit, ce qui facilite avantageusement la production et permet une production de masse sur un court laps de temps.
(KO) 본 발명은, 금속재료 표면에 마이크론 크기의 패턴돌기를 돌출 형성하는 단계, 패턴돌기가 형성된 금속재료를 열처리하면서, 패턴돌기 표면을 산화 또는 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 초소수성 금속재료 표면의 제조방법을 제공하다. 이와 같은, 초소수성 금속재료 표면의 제조방법은, 금속재료의 표면에 마이크론 크기의 패턴돌기가 금속재료 표면 상에 돌출 형성된다. 그리고, 금속재료가 열처리되면 패턴돌기 표면이 산화 또는 환원되면서 안정된 상태로 재료표면의 성질이 변화하면서 빠른 시간에 초소수성을 가지게 되는 바, 생산이 용이해지면서 빠른 시간에 대량 생산을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.
