Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sealing structure with which the number of components can be reduced and stability during sliding of a sealing part or a backup ring can be improved. To achieve this purpose, the invention provides a sealing structure for sealing together two members that move relative to each other, the sealing structure characterized in that a sealing part or a backup ring placed between the two members and a bearing similarly placed between the two members form an integral structure. The sealing part or backup ring is integrally provided to one or both axial-direction ends of the cylindrical bearing. The sealing structure is used as a piston seal or a rod seal in hydraulic equipment in which a piston is inserted through a shell or a cylinder tube.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir une structure d'étanchéité grâce à laquelle le nombre d'éléments peut être réduit et la stabilité pendant un coulissement d'une partie d'étanchéité ou d'une bague de soutien peut être améliorée. À cet effet, l'invention propose une structure d'étanchéité destinée à sceller ensemble deux éléments qui se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre, la structure d'étanchéité étant caractérisée en ce qu'une partie d'étanchéité ou une bague de soutien placée entre les deux éléments et un palier placé de manière similaire entre les deux éléments forment une structure solidaire. La partie d'étanchéité ou la bague de soutien est solidaire d'une ou des deux extrémités axiales du palier cylindrique. La structure d'étanchéité est utilisée comme joint de piston ou joint de tige dans un équipement hydraulique dans lequel un piston est introduit à travers une virole ou un tube de cylindre.
(JA) 部品点数を削減することができ、シール部又はバックアップリング部の摺動時の安定性を向上させることができるシール構造を提供する。この目的を達成するため、相対に移動する2部材間をシールするシール構造であって、2部材間に介装するシール部又はバックアップリング部と、同じく2部材間に介装する軸受部とを一体構造としたことを特徴とする。筒状を呈する軸受部の軸方向一方の端部又は軸方向両端部にシール部又はバックアップリング部が一体に設けられている。シール構造は、シェル又はシリンダチューブにピストンを内挿した油空圧機器におけるピストンシール又はロッドシールとして用いられる。
