(JA) 光開裂性マイクロカプセル、それを用いたセンサ、及びそれを用いた被測定物質の測定方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a sensor capable of amplifying a signal from a sensor on a molecule recognition element side, a photocleavable microcapsule employed therein, and a method of measuring a substance to be measured employing the same. [Solution] This photocleavable microcapsule has a multilayer construction comprising, in order from the inside to the outside, a skeletal layer 1, a lipid bilayer membrane 2, an outer shell layer 3, and an antibody modified layer 4. The skeletal layer 1 comprises polycation and polianion polyelectrolytes which are laminated alternately. The lipid bilayer membrane 2 comprises a bimolecular membrane of a cation-type amphiphilic substance. The outer shell layer 3 is formed from TiO2 which functions as a photocatalyst. In addition, the antibody modified layer 4 comprises antibodies 5 bound to a self-assembled monolayer membrane.
(FR) [Problème] Fournir un capteur capable d'amplifier un signal provenant d'un capteur sur un côté d'élément de reconnaissance de molécule, une microcapsule photoclivable utilisée dans celui-ci, et un procédé de mesure d'une substance à mesurer utilisant celui-ci. [Solution] Cette microcapsule photoclivable présente une structure multicouche comprenant, dans l'ordre depuis l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, une couche squelettique 1, une membrane bicouche lipidique 2, une couche d'enveloppe extérieure 3 et une couche modifiée par des anticorps 4. La couche squelettique 1 comprend des polyélectrolytes polycationiques et polyanioniques qui sont stratifiés en alternance. La membrane bicouche lipidique 2 comprend une membrane bimoléculaire d'une substance amphiphile de type cation. La couche d'enveloppe extérieure 3 est formée à partir de TiO2 qui fonctionne comme un photocatalyseur. En outre, la couche modifiée par des anticorps 4 comprend des anticorps 5 liés à une membrane monocouche auto-assemblée.
(JA) 【課題】分子認識素子側でセンサのシグナルを増幅することが可能なセンサ、それに用いる光開裂性マイクロカプセル、及びそれらを用いた被測定物質の測定方法を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】光開裂性マイクロカプセルは、内側から外側に向かって骨格層1、脂質二重膜2、外殻層3、抗体修飾層4の順の多層構造とされている。骨格層1はポリカリオン及びポリアニオンの高分子電解質が交互に積層されており、脂質二重膜2はカチオン型の両親媒性物質の2分子膜からなり、外殻層3は光触媒として機能するTiO2から構成されている。さらに、抗体修飾層4は自己組織化単分子膜に抗体5が結合している。
