Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rubber composition having lower heat build-up and improved wear resistance compared to previous levels. The rubber composition contains a reinforcing filler and a diene rubber. The diene rubber includes a styrene-butadiene copolymer component comprising at least one styrene-butadiene copolymer and satisfying the following requirements: (1) bound styrene content is 5-50% by weight, (2) of the components obtained by ozonolysis, among a total of 100 mol.% of decomposition components including 1,2-conjugated butadiene-derived units and/or styrene-derived units, decomposition component V1 which contains one 1,2-conjugated butadiene-derived unit accounts for less than 20 mol.%, (3) of the components obtained by ozonolysis, among a total of 100 mol.% of decomposition components including 1,2-conjugated butadiene-derived units and/or styrene-derived units, decomposition component S2V1 which includes two styrene-derived units and one 1,2-conjugated butadiene-derived unit accounts for at least 4 mol.%, and (4) the vinyl content of the butadiene moiety is 20% or more but less than 50%.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc ayant une accumulation de chaleur plus faible et une résistance à l'usure améliorée par rapport aux niveaux précédents. La composition de caoutchouc contient une charge renforçante et un caoutchouc diénique. Le caoutchouc diénique comprend un composant copolymère de styrène-butadiène comprenant au moins un copolymère de styrène-butadiène et satisfaisant aux exigences suivantes : (1) la teneur en styrène lié est de 5 à 50 % en poids, (2) des composants obtenus par ozonolyse, parmi un total de 100 %.en moles de composants de décomposition comprenant des unités dérivées du butadiène 1,2-conjugué et/ou des unités dérivées du styrène, le composant de décomposition V1 qui contient une unité dérivée du butadiène 1,2-conjugué étant inférieur à 20 %.en moles (3) des composants obtenus par ozonolyse, parmi un total de 100 %.en moles de composants de décomposition comprenant des unités dérivées du butadiène 1,2-conjugué et/ou des unités dérivées du styrène, le composant de décomposition S2V1 qui comprend deux unités dérivées du styrène et une unité dérivée du butadiène 1,2-conjugué représentant au moins 4 %.en moles, et (4) la teneur en vinyle de la fraction butadiène est d'au moins 20 % mais inférieure à 50 %.
