Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a radial-type magnetic encoder whereby manufacturing cost thereof can be reduced and yield thereof is increased. [Solution] A radial-type magnetic encoder 1 comprising: an annular fixing member 2 including a cylindrical part 2A attached to a rotary body; and an annular plastic magnet 3 in which an N pole and an S pole are magnetized in multipole fashion at a specific interval in a circumferential direction, the annular plastic magnet 3 being attached to the annular fixing member 2; the annular fixing member 2 being configured so as to have a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape in a plane including a radial direction and an axial direction and comprise the cylindrical part 2A, an outward-facing flange part 2B extending outward in the radial direction from an edge of the cylindrical part 2A, and a sensor-facing part 2C bending from the edge of the outward-facing flange part 2B and facing a magnetic sensor for sensing rotation of the magnetic encoder 1, and the annular plastic magnet 3 being shaped so as to cover a front surface A, back surface B, and distal edge C of the sensor-facing part 2C and an outer-diameter portion D of the outward-facing flange part 2B.
(FR) [Problème] L'invention vise à fournir un codeur magnétique de type radial dont le coût de fabrication peut être réduit et le rendement est augmenté. [Solution] La présente invention concerne un codeur magnétique de type radial 1 comprenant : un élément de fixation annulaire 2 comprenant une partie cylindrique 2A fixée à un corps rotatif ; et un aimant en plastique annulaire 3 dans lequel un pôle N et un pôle S sont magnétisés de façon multipolaire à un intervalle spécifique dans une direction circonférentielle, l'aimant en plastique annulaire 3 étant fixé à l'élément de fixation annulaire 2 ; l'élément de fixation annulaire 2 étant configuré de façon à présenter une forme de section transversale sensiblement en forme de U dans un plan comprenant une direction radiale et une direction axiale et comprendre la partie cylindrique 2A, une partie de bride orientée vers l'extérieur 2B s'étendant vers l'extérieur dans la direction radiale depuis un bord de la partie cylindrique 2A, et une partie face au capteur 2C courbée depuis le bord de la partie de bride orientée vers l'extérieur 2B et faisant face à un capteur magnétique pour détecter la rotation du codeur magnétique 1, et l'aimant annulaire en plastique 3 étant formé de façon à recouvrir une surface avant A, une surface arrière B, et un bord distal C de la partie faisant face au capteur 2C et une partie de diamètre externe D de la partie de bride orientée vers l'extérieur 2B.
(JA) 【課題】製造コストを低減できるとともに歩留まりを高められるラジアル型磁気エンコーダを提供する。 【解決手段】回転体に取り付ける円筒部2Aを含む円環状固定部材2と、円環状固定部材2に取り付けた、N極とS極を一定間隔で周方向に多極に着磁した円環状プラスチック磁石3とからなるラジアル型磁気エンコーダ1であって、円環状固定部材2を、円筒部2A、円筒部2Aの端縁から径方向外方へ延びる外向きフランジ部2B、及び外向きフランジ部2Bの端縁から屈曲して、磁気エンコーダ1の回転を検知する磁気センサに対向するセンサ対向部2Cからなる、径方向及び軸方向を含む平面で切断した断面形状が略U字状のものとし、円環状プラスチック磁石3を、センサ対向部2Cの表面A、裏面B及び先端縁C、並びに外向きフランジ部2Bの外径側部分Dを被う形状のものとした。
