The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film 10 which is obtained by sequentially arranging, on one surface of a resin film 1, a dielectric layer 2 and an indium tin composite oxide layer 3 in this order, and which is configured such that: the resin film 1 is composed of a film selected from the group consisting of polyester resin films, cellulose resin films and imide resin films; the dielectric layer 2 is configured from an organic material or a mixture of an organic material and an inorganic material, and has a thickness of from 0.005 μm to 0.100 μm (inclusive); and from 2.1% by atom to 4.0% by atom (inclusive) of an active hydrogen group that can be chemically modified by trifluoroacetic acid anhydride is present on a surface of the indium tin composite oxide layer 3, said surface being on the reverse side of the surface on which the dielectric layer 2 is arranged. A transparent conductive film 10 according to the present invention is able to be produced by laminating a dielectric layer 2 on one surface of a resin film 1 and laminating an indium tin composite oxide layer 3 on a surface of the dielectric layer 2, said surface being on the reverse side of the surface on which the resin film 1 is arranged.
