Title: POSITION CORRECTING APPARATUS AND OPTICAL FILM ATTACHMENT SYSTEM
Abstract:
The present invention provides: a position correcting apparatus that can be used for position correction for objects being conveyed, the long sides of which are parallel to the conveyance direction, and for position correction for objects being conveyed, the short sides of which are parallel to the conveyance direction, and that has high correction accuracy with a simple configuration; and an optical film attachment system. The position correcting apparatus corrects, in a conveyance line, the positions of rectangular objects being conveyed. The position correcting apparatus includes: a pair of movable frames respectively provided on both sides of the conveyance line in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction; and a driving means that drives the pair of movable frames toward or away from each other in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction. The movable frames are respectively provided with, in order in the conveyance direction, a first correcting means, a second correcting means, and a third correcting means that are configured to project from the movable frames and come into contact with an object being conveyed from both sides in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction to correct the position of the object being conveyed. The distance between the first correcting means and the third correcting means corresponds to the long side dimension of the objects being conveyed, and the distance between the first correcting means and the second correcting means corresponds to the short side dimension of the objects being conveyed.
