Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a resin glass sheet, the surface of which is modified to be glass-like, and a method for manufacturing the same, whereby transparency, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and durability with respect to temperature change can be enhanced. In the present invention, a hard coat layer comprising a thermosetting material of a silicone polymer containing cellulose nanofibers is formed on a transparent resin substrate, and a modification layer having a film thickness of more than 0.2 µm and less than 0.6 µm is also formed thereon by irradiating the surface of the hard coat layer with vacuum ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 200 nm or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille de verre de résine dont la surface est modifiée de façon à être vitreuse, et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci, permettant que la transparence, la résistance aux rayures, la résistance à l'abrasion et la durabilité vis-à-vis des changements de température puissent être améliorées. Dans la présente invention, une couche de revêtement dur comprenant un matériau thermodurcissable d'un polymère de silicone contenant des nanofibres de cellulose est formée sur un substrat de résine transparent, et une couche de modification ayant une épaisseur de film supérieure à 0,2 µm et inférieure à 0,6 µm est également formée sur celle-ci par irradiation de la surface de la couche de revêtement dur avec des rayons ultraviolets sous vide ayant une longueur d'onde de 200 nm ou moins.
(JA) 透明性、耐擦傷性及び耐摩耗性、並びに温度変化に対する耐久性を向上させることができる表面がガラス様に改質された樹脂ガラス板及びその製造方法の提供。透明樹脂基板上にセルロースナノファイバーを含有するシリコーンポリマーの熱硬化物からなるハードコート層が形成されると共に、ハードコート層の表面が波長200nm以下の真空紫外線を照射されることにより膜厚を0.2μmより大きく0.6μm未満とする改質層に形成されている。
