The invention relates to a process for the detection of nucleic acid sequences, particularly segments 4, 5 or 7 of the H1N1 influenza A virus by one- or two-step real-time and end-point RT-PCR, as well as oligonucleotides that recognize any variable of the H1N1 influenza A virus. The invention also comprises virus detection systems including these oligonucleotides. The amplification obtained with said oligonucleotides can give a high degree of certainty of infection by the H1N1 influenza A virus.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de séquences d'acides nucléiques, en particulier des segments 4, 5 ou 7 du virus de la grippe A du sous-type H1N1 par RT-PCR en temps réel et en point final en une ou deux étapes, ainsi que les oligonucléotides qui reconnaissent un quelconque variant du virus de la grippe A du sous-type H1N. L'invention concerne également des systèmes de détection de virus comprenant ces oligonucléotides. L'amplification obtenue à l'aide desdits oligonucléotides peut confirmer avec un degré élevé de certitude l'infection par le virus de la grippe A du sous-type H1N1.
