(EN) The present invention relates to a reverse two-hybrid method for the identification of missense-type mutations that prevent the binding of two interacting proteins. The invention also describes gene constructs that can be used in the method of the invention, as well as the host cell which comprises said constructs and can be used in the method of the invention.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une technique de double hybride inversé utilisable pour identifier les mutations de type faux-sens, c'est à dire les mutations de changement de sens qui empêchent la liaison entre protéines en interaction. L'invention concerne en outre des constructions génétiques utilisées dans la technique de l'invention, ainsi qu'une cellule hôte comprenant lesdites constructions, utilisée dans la technique selon l'invention.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un método de doble híbrido en reverso útil para la identificación de mutaciones de tipo missense, es decir, aquéllas mutaciones de cambio de sentido que impiden la unión entre dos proteínas interaccionantes. En la invención se describen además las construcciones génicas útiles en el método de la invención, así como la célula huésped que comprende dichas construcciones y que se utiliza en el método de la invención.
