Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a braking device (1) for a hydraulic motor vehicle braking system having an electromagnetically driven amplifier stage (2) and a ball screw drive (5). In order to provide a braking device (1) that is particularly compact, cost-effective, and has low weight, short pedal strokes, and an easily adjustable pedal characteristic curve, at the same time enabling effective direct action in case of failure of the amplifier stage and comfortable haptic response on the pedal during normal operation, according to the invention, the actuating force (Fb) from a piston rod (10) is introduced into the spindle (7), wherein the piston rod (10) is movable relative to the spindle (7) in an axially limited manner and a spring element (11) is connected in the flow of force of the actuating force (Fb) between the piston rod (10) and the spindle (7), which is axially compressed upon initiation of the actuating force (Fb).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de freinage (1) destiné à un système de freinage hydraulique de véhicule automobile comprenant un étage d’amplification à entraînement électromécanique (2) et une vis à billes (5). L’objectif de l’invention est de proposer un système de freinage (1) qui est particulièrement compact, économique et d’un faible poids, comprend des courses de pédale courtes et une caractéristique de pédale facilement réglable, et permet simultanément une action directe efficace en cas de défaillance de l’étage d'amplification et une rétroaction haptique confortable au niveau de la pédale en fonctionnement normal. À cet effet, la force d’actionnement (Fb) d’une tige de piston (10) est communiquée à la broche (7), la tige de piston (10) pouvant coulisser axialement de manière limitée par rapport à la broche (7) et un élément ressort (11) étant placé dans le flux de la force d’actionnement (Fb) entre la tige de piston (10) et la broche (7), lequel est comprimé axialement lors de l'application de la force d’actionnement (Fb).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bremsgerät (1) für eine hydraulische Kraftfahrzeugbremsanlage mit einer elektromechanisch angetriebenen Verstärkerstufe (2) und einem Kugelgewindetrieb (5). Um ein Bremsgerät (1) anzubieten, da besonders kompakt, kostengünstig und gewichtsparend aufgebaut ist, kurze Pedalwege und eine einfach einstellbare Pedalkennlinie aufweist, zugleich bei Ausfall der Verstärkerstufe einen effektiven direkten Durchgriff und bei Regelbetrieb eine komfortable haptische Rückmeldung am Pedal ermöglicht, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Betätigungskraft (Fb) aus einer Kolbenstange (10) in die Spindel (7) eingeleitet wird, wobei die Kolbenstange (10) relativ zur Spindel (7) axial begrenzt verschiebbar ist und ein Federelement (11) im Kraftfluß der Betätigungskraft (Fb) zwischen der Kolbenstange (10) und der Spindel (7) geschaltet ist, das beim Einleiten der Betätigungskraft (Fb) axial komprimiert wird.
