Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a charge air pipe from plastic. The object of the invention is to create a method for producing charge air pipes, by means of which charge air pipes can be produced from continuous fibre-reinforced plastics (3, 4) with equal wall thickness and a high-precision inner contour. In this method, a charge air pipe is created having a reinforced thermoplastic matrix as a wall. Advantages of a thermoplastic matrix are a higher degree of familiarity in terms of processing, as well as the possibility of connecting additional connection and functional elements, e.g. holders, made of a thermoplastic synthetic material, to the component by means of a welding method, among others.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une tubulure d’air de suralimentation en matière plastique. L’invention vise à créer un procédé de fabrication de tubulures d’air d'alimentation permettant de produire des tubulures d’air de suralimentation en matières plastiques renforcées par des fibres continus (3, 4), présentant une épaisseur de paroi homogène et un contour interne de grande précision. Le procédé selon l’invention permet d’obtenir une tubulure d’air de suralimentation présentant, en tant que paroi, une matrice thermoplastique renforcée. Les avantages d’une matrice thermoplastique résident dans le fait que la technique de mise en oeuvre de ce matériau est connue et dans la possibilité de raccorder la pièce à des éléments de raccordement et des éléments fonctionnels supplémentaires, par exemple des supports, en matière thermoplastique entre autres par soudage.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ladeluftrohres aus Kunststoff. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ladeluftrohren zu schaffen, mittels dessen Ladeluftrohre aus endlosfaserverstärkten Kunststoffen (3, 4) mit gleichmäßiger Wandstärke und hochpräziser Innenkontur herstellbar sind. Bei diesem Verfahren entsteht ein Ladeluftrohr mit einer verstärkten thermoplastischen Matrix als Wand. Vorteile einer thermoplastischen Matrix sind ein hoher verarbeitungstechnischer Bekanntheitsgrad sowie die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verbindungs- und Funktionselemente, z.B. Halter, aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff u.a. mittels Schweißverfahren mit dem Bauteil zu verbinden.
