(EN)An operating device (100) and operating method. The operating device (100) comprises a processing module (110) and a control module (120), wherein the control module (120) comprises: a control body (121), an auxiliary module (122) and an acquisition module (123); the auxiliary module (122) is arranged on the control body (121), a user's limb is placed on the auxiliary module (122), and the acquisition module (123) is disposed on the user's limb; the acquisition module (123) is configured to acquire a tremble signal indicative of the trembling of the user's limb, and transmit the tremble signal to the processing module (110); the processing module (110) is configured to generate a drive signal according to the tremble signal, and transmit the drive signal to the auxiliary module (122); the auxiliary module (122) is configured to ensure that the movement state of the auxiliary module (122) is the same as that of the user's limb in accordance with the drive signal.
