Abstract:
The present invention provides an electron cluster state entanglement concentration method and device. The method comprises: obtaining a first initial entanglement cluster state to undergo an entanglement concentration process, and generating a first auxiliary electronic state according to information of the first initial entanglement cluster state; performing with a polarizing beam splitter a non-destructive measurement of the first auxiliary electronic state and a first electron in the first initial entanglement cluster state; determining, by a charge detector, whether a result of the non-destructive measurement has odd parity; if the result of the non-destructive measurement has odd parity, processing electrons in a predetermined spatial mode to obtain a cluster state having maximum entanglement; if the result of the non-destructive measurement has even parity, separating, by a second polarizing beam splitter, two electrons in the same spatial mode into two spatial modes, and processing the separated electrons in the predetermined spatial mode to obtain a second initial entanglement cluster state to be used in a subsequent round of the entanglement concentration process. The method increases the probability of successful electron cluster state entanglement concentration.
