Title: INTELLIGENT COMPOSITE CORE CONDUCTOR AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided are an intelligent composite core conductor and a preparation method thereof. The conductor comprises a composite core (1) and a single wire (2) wound around the composite core (1). An optical fiber (3) for communication or surveillance, or an optical fiber protection tube (4) in which an optical fiber (3) is provided, is disposed within the composite core (1) or the single wire (2). The preparation method of the intelligent composite core conductor comprises preparation of the composite core and winding of the single wire (2) around the composite core (1). The conductor preparation method has strong operability and high production efficiency, can save manpower and resources, and thus has low production costs. The prepared composite core has advantages such as desirable straightness and roundness, no bends, consistent color, high strength, long service life, no eccentricity, and strong resistance to aging. The prepared intelligent composite core conductor has advantages such as high conductor compaction and filling factor, high temperature resistance, high current-carrying capacity, and small sag.
